Prof. Ramesh K. Agarwal,

Professor Agarwal has worked in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Computational Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and Electromagnetics, Computational Aeroacoustics, Multidisciplinary Design and Optimization, Rarefied Gas Dynamics and Hypersonic Flows, Bio-Fluid Dynamics, and Flow and Flight Control. More recently, he has devoted some of his efforts in nanotechnology and renewable energy systems - in particular wind, solar and biomass. He is the author and coauthor of over 600 publications and serves on the editorial board of more than 20 journals. He has given many plenary, keynote and invited lectures at various national and international conferences in over 60 countries worldwide. Professor Agarwal continues to serve on many professional, government, and industrial advisory committees. Professor Agarwal is a Fellow of 23 societies including: American Association for Advancement of Science (AAAS), American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), American Physical Society (APS), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), American Academy of Mechanics (AAM), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA), Institute of Pysics (IOP), UK, Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Energy Institute (EI), Australian Institute of High Energetic Materials, American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), Academy of Science of St. Louis, Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), etc. and World Innovation Foundation (WIF).




Prof. Yiwen Qi, Fuzhou University, China

Qi Yiwen, distinguished professor, a "Minjiang Scholar" in Fujian Province, is an outstanding scientific and technological worker in Liaoning Province and a winner of Shenyang May 1st Labor Medal. Graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a doctorate in power machinery and engineering; A postdoctoral fellow at the University of University of Groningen in the Netherlands and a senior research scholar at the University of Victoria in Canada; Visiting scholar of Kyoto University, Hiroshima University and Australian National University in Japan. He is a member of the Youth Editorial Board of Propulsion Technology, a member of China Aerospace Power Federation-Engine Control Technology Committee, a member of China Space Science Society-Space Intelligence Committee, a member of China Automation Society-Hybrid Intelligence Committee, and a member of China Automation Society-Youth Working Committee. Research interests include intelligent control theory, security and privacy of control system, modeling, control, simulation and application of energy and power system, and artificial intelligence technology of power system.

Shi Lingfeng, male, professor, PhD supervisor, from Xibaoji, Shaanxi. In 1995, 2003 and 2008, he received a bachelor's degree in radio from china jiliang university, and a master's degree and a doctor's degree in circuit and system from xidian university. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research work in the fields of sensor signal processing, positioning and navigation, wireless communication, etc., and has published more than 110 academic papers in journals, including more than 90 journals, more than 20 domestic and foreign conference papers, more than 70 papers retrieved by SCI (nearly 20 papers from the second district and above, more than 20 papers from IEEE journals), nearly 20 papers retrieved by EI, more than 20 papers retrieved by ISP, 17 national authorized invention patents and 1 authorized utility model. Now he is a senior member of IEEE, a reviewer of more than a dozen international authoritative academic journals of SCI, such as IEEE, IET, MEJ and JIE, electronic journal (in Chinese and English), journal of China University of Posts and Telecommunications in English, and journal of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China-Engineering Edition, an expert member of "863", an expert in science and technology award evaluation of the Ministry of Education, an expert in "Torch" project, and an expert in science and technology evaluation of more than ten provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
